BUSINESS MODIFICATION

You can modify your business set up at anytime during its life. There are government websites where you can do this for free. If you are concerned about doing this yourself then we are happy to help.

Changes you might want to make can include:

• Adding or removing an activity;
• Changing your primary activity;
• Changing your address or other personal details;
• Adding or removing a conjoint (a married or Pacs partner who helps in your business);
• Joining the TESE scheme to pay salaried conjoints, occasional or long-term employees;
• Changing tax regimes or registering for TVA;
• Closing your business.

As with all our other services, you will be required to sign a contract before any work can take place.

The fee for a modification is 50€ per hour (most modifications result in a fee of 50€).
