Confidentiality and privacy is an important policy of our company.  On this site we collect the following information:

Your name, your address, your contact details and the reason why you have contacted us.   In line with the strict regulations of European data protection (RGDP) your details will only be used to understand your needs and to provide you with a better service.  We will also use your details to send out electronic newsletters periodically,  or other important information we feel should be shared with our client base.  If you wish not to be kept updated please inform us by email.

We are committed to ensuring the security of your information and have in place physical and managerial procedures to prevent the use of your information outside of our company.  We do not store any credit card information.  We will never sell or distribute your personal information to third parties.   We may send you information on third parties that may be of use to you such as official translators, notiares, solicitors etc.  We have a policy of destroying any information kept on paper within 12 months other than that legally kept for accounting purposes such as factures.
