For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, Mme Karen Jones the manager of this website and the society known as Solutions France,is the "data controller". This means that Mme Karen Jones determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.   On this site we collect the following information:

Your name, your address, your contact details and the reason why you have contacted us.   In line with the strict regulations of European data protection (RGDP) and any internation regulations that are recognised under this law (  95/46/EC Directive on Data Protection of 24 October 1995 on May 25, 2018 )  your details will only be used to understand your needs and to provide you with a better service.  We will also use your details to send out electronic newsletters periodically,  or other important information we feel should be shared with our client base.  If you wish not to be kept updated please inform us by email or recorded delivery letter.

We are committed to ensuring the security of all your information and have in place physical and managerial procedures to prevent the use of your information outside of our company.  We do not store any credit card information.  We will never sell or distribute your personal information to third parties.   We may send you information on third parties that may be of use to you such as our employees, assoicates, official translators, notiares, solicitors etc.  We have a policy of destroying any information kept on paper,on our one drive account or in our gamil account  within  24 months other than that are legally kept for accounting purposes or mediation purposes. Clients mzy request this information is deleted at their request.  An important thing to note is not we do not record telehone calls or video appointments.
