All your information is collated and the application for your Siret number will be made online. Your dossier will be followed to the point where you receive your Siret number and your affiliation document with URSSAF. A free half an hour follow-up is given to deal with any other business-related paperwork you receive. After this has expired, general fees apply.
Non-Professional Holiday Lettings and Private Rental Properties - 300€ TTC
This fee also applies to residents and non-residents who require a Siret number but no affiliation to URSSAF. Note that you will be required tocomplete an annual tax return to declare your income. We do offer a service for this. Once a registration number has been received, a free half an hour follow-up is provided to deal with any related paperwork you receive. After this has expired, general fees apply.
Note that this fee includes attesting official documents and converting documents into suitable PDF formats.
